Consent Agreement
The short version
You are allowing Tau Reports to read your blood reports, pull the numbers from them, and show you a dashboard. Your original files are deleted immediately. Only the numbers are kept, and only to power your dashboard.
What you are consenting to
- Your uploaded blood report files will be sent to AI services (Anthropic Claude and, where configured, OpenAI GPT-4o) to extract the numeric biomarker values. This happens within seconds and the files are deleted immediately after the extraction completes.
- The extracted biomarker values (numbers only, not your original documents) will be stored in a PostgreSQL database and used to display your personal health dashboard.
- Your name and email address will be stored to allow you to access your dashboard and receive your confirmation email.
What you are NOT consenting to
- Selling your data to any third party.
- Using your data for advertising or profiling.
- Sharing your data with any party other than the processors listed in our Privacy Policy (Anthropic, OpenAI, Railway, email provider).
Your right to withdraw
You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing privacy@tauhealth.sg with your email address and a request to delete your data. Withdrawal of consent means your dashboard and all associated data will be permanently deleted. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing that occurred before withdrawal.
Second consent (optional)
The optional second checkbox consents to receiving occasional emails about health, longevity and optimisation. This is entirely separate from the core processing consent above and has no effect on your dashboard. You can unsubscribe from these communications at any time without losing access to your dashboard.
